Very good staff and management.

Spotless hotel unit for the travel cot.

Came in London to relax and have fun, this traditional hotel was ideal base for doing it. Lovely beds, an electric kettle, central heating and an iron/ironing board were a nice touch.

We really enjoyed rooms on the lower floors.

This hotel met expectations, we would recommend to others. Welcoming staff, easy location, everything was lovely. Enjoyed our spotless room with a balcony...

Also, the location is marvellous, minutes from Westminster Cathedral. The place is located near to a metro station. The hotel offers generally clean, cheap rooms with continental breakfast and a balcony and air conditioning.

perfect for exploring iconic landmarks and relaxing park views

I stayed here for a night and loved that it was just a short stroll to Buckingham Palace and only a bit farther to reach the beautiful scenery of Hyde Park, providing an easy way to see the city's highlights while enjoying lovely outdoor spaces.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and excellent location.

The location and nice breakfast room are the only positive thing I can say about this hotel.

There were lots of negatives. The booking area is like someones front room and not fit for purpose. Then you have to walk 5 doors along the street before you enter the other part of the hotel. When you get there you find there is no remote control or tea making facilities. So you walk back 5 doors to collect these. You then walk another 5 doors carrying a tray with a kettle and milk etc. madness! The room was tiny and smelled musty. The shower was just a plastic extension you would fit on a tap. Not value for money!

The staff were very helpful,the hotel was very clean,the location was excellent very near from the center of London, furthermore the hotel is very cheap.

Really i cannot find anything wrong in that hotel

i am afraid that we found nothing that was nice about this hotel the staff were very unhelpful,the room smelled of damp, the beds were very uncomfortable,we had to climb 80 stairs to our room, and we were just told it was on the fourth floor, will not reccommend to friends

I like the friendly and helpful staff, the fact that they were one of the only hotels in the area that still did english breakfast. The rooms cater for all my needs.

I did not like the fact that there was no lift to the higher floors.

Needs proper maintenance!!! Broken fixtures, excessive wait times for water heating, and dim lighting throughout the premises suggest a lack of investment in upgrades. A disappointing experience overall!!!

did not like the breakfast: too early, poor choice, too many people at same time, small room. and I did not like the extra fee for the internet.

Breakfast was really lovely.

The room was too small. The shower room did not have a door and the curtains did not meet so could be seen naked. The room was very cold due to a drafty window. Gui
